By using THEPRINT1 store or placing an order or requesting a quotation, you agree to the terms of service outlined below.

Nature of Services

We provide printing, packaging, design, and customization services. Prices and execution times may vary depending on quantity, size, material, printing type, and required finishes.

Prices and Orders

Some products are displayed at a fixed price and can be ordered directly from the store. Other products require a customized quote, and the final price is only confirmed after reviewing the order details and client approval of the quote.

Design Approval

For custom orders, execution begins after the client approves the final design or specifications and confirms payment. The client is responsible for reviewing texts, numbers, sizes, colors, and logos before approval.

Files and Content

The client acknowledges that they have the right to use the files, logos, or trademarks sent for printing, and that they do not violate regulations or intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to reject any content that is infringing or inappropriate.

Payment

Order execution may require full payment or an advance payment depending on the order type and quantity. Custom orders will not begin until payment or the agreed-upon down payment is confirmed.

Colors and Sizes

There may be slight differences between screen colors and actual print, and there may be minor production differences in cutting or size within acceptable limits for printing and packaging works.

Execution and Delivery Time

Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, material availability, seasons, shipping companies, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to inform the client of any significant delays whenever possible.

Cancellation and Modification

Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified after production has begun unless technically feasible and without incurring additional costs. Any modification after approval may result in a change in price or execution time.

Returns and Refunds

Return and refund requests are subject to the return and refund policy published in the store, especially since custom products are not accepted for return unless there is a proven error on our part or a clear defect.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction lies with the competent authorities within the Kingdom in the event of any dispute.
