Terms of Service

1. Service Definition: This includes design, printing, and finishing services provided by the company upon client request.

2. File Submission: The client must provide print-ready files (high resolution, CMYK mode, with bleed margins when necessary). Any additional modifications or corrections by the company will incur extra costs.

3. Payment: 75% of the payment is made upfront, and the company begins execution after receiving the full amount or the agreed-upon first installment.

4. Approval and Commencement: Once the client officially approves the file (or declines to provide proof), the execution process begins. The client is not entitled to request changes that delay production without incurring additional costs.

5. Colors and Margins: The client acknowledges that there may be a slight difference in colors between the screen and the print, and that the dimensions of the piece may vary within acceptable limits. It is advisable to leave a safety margin around text and borders.

6. Ownership and Content: The client guarantees that they own the rights to use the submitted file for printing and that it does not contain any infringing or unauthorized copyrighted materials. The company reserves the right to reject any material that violates this condition.

7. Delivery: Stated delivery dates are approximate. The company is not responsible for delays due to reasons beyond its control (such as transportation, customs, etc.).

8. Defects and Claims: The client must inspect the items immediately upon receipt and notify the company within [X] days if defects or errors in execution are observed for which the company bears proven responsibility. Otherwise, the work is deemed accepted.

9. Contract Termination and Changes: The company may change these terms with prior notice, and a client who places an order after such changes is deemed to have accepted them.

10. Applicable Law: These terms are governed by and constitute the contract in accordance with the laws applicable in [Company's country/region], and any dispute shall be referred to the competent court.
