Return and Refund Policy – The Print One

At The Print One, we are committed to our customers' satisfaction and the quality of our printed products. Given the nature of our business, which is based on print-on-demand, we apply a specific and clear return policy as follows:

🧾 First: Products Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Return or exchange requests are accepted only if:

    • There is a printing error on our part (such as a clear color difference or an error in the design or size).

    • A damaged or defective product is received upon delivery.

⏰ Second: Notification Period

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing clear photos of the product illustrating the reason for the request.

  • After this period, the order is considered accepted by the customer, and a return cannot be claimed.

⚙️ Third: Cases Ineligible for Return

  • Orders fulfilled based on the customer's approval of the design before printing.

  • Errors resulting from the customer providing unsuitable or low-quality design files.

  • Slight color variations between the display screen and the actual print, which is normal in printing processes.

  • Products specifically printed with the customer's name or logo, as they are customized and cannot be resold.

💳 Fourth: Refund Mechanism

  • If the return request is approved, the following will occur:

    • The product will be replaced with a new one at no additional cost.

    • Or, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds do not include shipping fees if the shipment has already been dispatched.

🚚 Fifth: Shipping and Returns

  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping if the error was not on the part of the printing press.

  • In case of an error by the printing press, The Print One covers all return or exchange costs.
