  • Orders are delivered to city centers only, not to the customer's door or peripheral neighborhoods.

  • The order can be picked up from the shipping company's office in your city based on the arrival notification sent by the carrier.

3. Shipping and Delivery Duration

  • After printing and preparing the order, it is handed over to the shipping company within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the city and seasonal congestion.

  • The customer will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the order's status until arrival.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the order's weight and delivery destination.
